Both of our bathrooms backed up with water due to a clog in our drain line last month. Unfortunately, our insurance company denied the claim due to tree roots. We were lucky that a friend of ours recommended Top Tier. They were more professional and attentive to our needs compared to the other 2 companies that came out not to mention they gave us the best price, considering the circumstances. It’s rare to find a company that puts their customers first highly recommended!
