We contacted Servpro (Johnson) in the mist of a nightmare, I was frantic, but Johnson reassured me that he would handle everything, he asked me to just meet him at the property let me assess the damage I will work with the insurance company and we will get this taken care of. The process was just as he stated seamless, in a professional manner he kept me updated with everything that he was doing and his interaction with my adjuster at the insurance company. I would recommend whole heartedly Johnson and his Servpro franchise to anyone unfortunately that experiences water damage or any of the other services that Servpro professionally offers. Johnson is kind and very nice. Unfortunately we had to deal with (Johnson) Servpro for 3 different claims within 4 months and Johnson was there for us each time we needed his services. His experience and knowledge was extremely important during this difficult situation.Mitigating the water damage was timely . No delays on his part . Also He and his crew of people was timely in getting my furniture and personal items packed and stored, and when construction was completed he made sure all his work was timely . We had water and mold damage in our home and we contacted Serfpro of Inglewood. Mr. Johnson and his team came out and dried up all the water and took care of the mold. Mr. Johnson is very professional. He and his team are kind and they will answer all your questions and get the work done and completed for you. I would highly recommend Serfpro of Inglewood. If I could rate Servpro of Inglewood with 5000 stars, I would!!! The owner, named Johnson is the absolute best!! I had water damage in my home, and Johnson assured me that the problem would be taken care of, as if it never happened. He kept his word, and the problem was taken care of. He’s professional, courteous and was always on time. I highly recommend Servpro of Inglewood to anyone that is in need of restoration to their home or business due to water damage.
