We had flooding in order house, because of rain and Servpro showed up immediately to help clean up and dry the house. I could not be more complimentary of their overall professionalism. Antonio, Andres, and his team were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, professional, and a blessing to have in the house. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do it in a second. I recommend Servpro of highland park to anyone that has a home catastrophe because they helped eliminate a lot of stress and anxiety on my part. Well done !

Had a roof leak after the storm and went unnoticed until the ceiling was about to collapse. I called Servpro after 2 other restoration companies and they were on site in less than an hour. They assessed the situation and informed our adjuster immediately. From that day on, I trusted them to handle everything, which they did. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We had subterranean water intrusion through retaining wall in August. Quick dams were in place and stopped major flood. There was still some water that seeped pass the flood barriers. I was out of the country on vacation and was not able to dry the affected areas immediately. Upon my return from vacation, I was concerned of possible mold in the walls and floor and called several companies to give me an estimate on needed repairs. ServPRO of Highland Park came after two other companies visits and that was my company of choice. Arlen is very knowledgeable and was assessing the damage calmly. Unlike two other service providers who were panicking and exaggerating the required repairs. The crew came within a couple of business days and did very efficient job. They protected the content, opened up 6 walls, cleaned up and placed drying equipment within few hours. I am very happy with this first phase of work and would highly recommend ServPRO of Highland Park!

I was very pleased with work SERVPRO of HP did for drying of walls and floors after water damage. I decided to hire them to continue the work of restoration, closing the walls with gyp boards and painting. I am very happy with this second phase of work as much as the first one. Highly recommended.
