They had my attic cleaned and quickly dried out within a week. They have a great team and I’m very impressed on how everything was professionally handled and done. I will recommend Restorerz to anyone. They are awesome!! I’m very happy and extremely satisfied with their work. So glad to have someone like them to cover our back. This company is on top of their game! The supply line underneath my kitchen sink burst out of nowhere at 3 AM and I started to panic when I saw water going all the way to my staircase. I looked up 24/7 companies and the first 3 I called did not answer the phone. I tried RESTORERZ and to my surprise Eduard picked up after the second ring. He was able to calm me down by telling me he would be at my property within the hour. He sent me text messages letting me know he is on the way & when he arrived. He explained everything in detail and told me they would be able to go through my insurance for all of this. All my panic & worry went away. He then scheduled his techs Shawn & Javier to come out and do what was needed to dry my property. Needless to say, they did an amazing job all while being so responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Eduard even helped me file the insurance claim to make sure I was covered & paid nothing out of pocket. Thank you RESTORERZ for being the best restoration company I’ve experienced! From the initial visit in which the whole process was completely explained to the final settlement with my insurance company, Restorerz came through like a champ. The best part about working with Restorerz was the fact that I was hospitalized during the end of the repairs however Restorerz patiently worked with my insurance and family members to get everything wrapped up and finished. We had a flood in one of our bathrooms in the middle of the night. I called several plumbers and RESTORERZ was the only one who could come out. They came and discussed with me the situation. Once we knew what the problem was they got to work. We had a simple snag and Angela from the office was there all the time to reassure us everything would be ok. The whole team was professional. Thank you. We came home to 3 inches of water in our entire home after a week long trip. I had no idea what to do and was in desperate need of help for restoring my property. Restorerz team were at my property in 30 minutes and worked directly with my insurance company to put my house together. I hope no one has to go through this but I now have a completely remodeled home thanks to This damage repair company. The plumber I called found the break and the flooding water under my kitchen sick through the cabinets and up the dry wall. He suggested and actually called Restorerz for me. They arrived very quickly and started the process. They helped me call my insurance company and worked with them until the whole cost was approved and paid. We had one little problem with my electricity due to the driers and air filter. They sent an electrician who found it was just a tripped breaker. They added powerstrips etc and tested all the sockets. Little problems can happen along with the big one, but they came out right away and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I recently had a leak in my ceiling during this covid19 pandemic, and I have nothing but great feedback when it comes to safety, response, and dealing with Restorez dealing with my insurance during this time. Today Javier came out to my small business to take a look at one of our restrooms for mold when we had a slab leak. He was very prompt, called to make sure the appointment time was good, even asked if earlier would be better due to him finishing another job. He didn’t try and upsell me on anything and that’s one of the main reasons I’m leaving this review. I feel like I would be able to refer Javier to anyone. 10/10 saving the business contact with his name for any future needs.

Restorers did a fantastic job on a my home. Their staff led by James were courteous, professional, attentive, and walked me through every step of the job. They followed up with my insurance quickly. I declared personal documents and credit cards in my office and even though I thought I had cleared them all out, when they found anything of value, they brought it to me promptly. I highly recommend their services!

Restorez did a great job on my very DIFFICULT project. My living room was all wet and full of mold but they were able to clean it all out and get me a clean bill of health! Christian López, John, and the rest of the crew were very clean, professional, and efficient and, despite the fact that it turned out to be quite costly, I particularly appreciated how well they communicated an explained everything throughout the process! I highly recommend!

These gentlemen came in and clean up my water damage from my bathroom sink that burst. They were very professional, very quick, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves did not leave my house a mess. Great company good price very happy with their work. The remodel will start next week.

We had a huge bathroom flood in an apt unit and the plumber recommended we call in a water remediation company especially because we had hardwood floors with sitting water on them. Javier was the only person who could come on a Friday afternoon, same day and have a crew on site within an hour (2 max)! From the minute he arrived I knew the right person was on the scene. He’s caring, thoughtful, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, prepared and empathetic. Restorerz is not cheap but rarely do I feel the extra money is worth it. In Javier’s case it is. Moving forward if we call in a company for plumbing flooding it will be Restorez and Javier!
