We're repeat customers at Rapid Response and the first time was wonderful. Our inspector was meticulous, diligent, and helpful. We ended up remediating one wall. I referred them to several other friends on the west side. We moved to a new spot and had them come again. This time, it was a different inspector, and he showed up in a state. He didn't even go into half of our house, including the bathroom and upstairs. After much back and forth with Sean, he agreed to have him come again, free of charge. This time, he went into the bathroom and took a sample from the wall, where there was clear discoloration. The sample results showed that it was mold. We sent the results to the same mold remediation company we used the first time, Accurate Environmental Mold Remediation, who responded by saying that compared to the last report, this one had no information and they didn't know what to do with it. They came in person to do a visual assessment and told me it was...mildew, not mold, and that they didn't want to talk themselves out of a job but this wasn't going to be worth the remediation lol. So now, after using Rapid Response twice and referring them to at least three other families, we will not be using them again.

We needed a mold inspection at the condo we put an offer on, and our home inspector referred us to Rapid Response Mold Testing. We called the Company and made an appointment at a very short notice. Sean, our inspector, made that initial contact before the appointment and introduced himself. He was on time at the inspection site, very friendly and thorough at work. He educated us on the work he conducted and gave his recommendations to which we agreed. He took samples of the drywalls in 2 different sections and collected air samples inside and outside the condo. Within 24 hours, he sent us the lab reports along with his personal notes. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with this Company and in particular the inspector. We highly recommend Rapid Response Mold Testing.

I had some water damage at my home and decided to call Rapid Response mold testing, they were able to schedule an inspection very quickly. They did an excellent job communicating with me and I am overall very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them if you need mold inspection!
