I am so grateful to the Rainbow Restoration team for their outstanding service. Water damage can be a significant disruption, especially for families with young children. I was so impressed with their work that I had them redo the entire kitchen. Even though I was out of the country for six weeks, I had complete confidence in Mike and his team. Very professional and prompt service. After our flood in the kitchen, this branch of the Rainbow company came to our rescue right away. The entire operation was done in a very professional manner, from isolation of the dry spaces to removal of the damaged areas, everything was perfectly executed. They are very responsive to all calls and are very efficient in completing their work. After drying the wet surfaces, they came and removed all our furniture very carefully and meticulously and took them to a storage while the repairs were being done. Overall we are very happy with our experience with this company. Highly recommend them.

Mike and the Rainbow Restoration team are miracle workers. We had a flooding issue which required a full kitchen renovation, repainting and reflooring the entire first floor. It was a big project with a lot of decisions (floor type, floor color, wall paint, trim updates, trim paint, cabinetry, counter tops, hardware, backsplash, appliance changes) and could have been overwhelming but Mike made it extremely easy for us by (1) guiding us through the process and (2) not overwhelming us with decisions all at once but asking for our inputs when needed. That in itself was invaluable to make this experience great, what really set it over the top was: 1. Mike is patient. We came with a million questions like 'what about this' or 'what about that' and he explained the pros and cons of each, always noting it was our decision. 2. Mike is a great designer. He asked what we were looking for and he provided high quality samples based on our preferences and what suited our home. It seemed he was as invested in making our home beautiful as us! 3. Mike rightly identified some eyesores in our house and, while outside the scope of the flooding damage, asked if we wanted them addressed as well, to which of course we said hell yes. Examples: replacing 90s era glass shelving with pretty wood ones, adding a mirrored backsplash to our wet bar, removing a weird wall nub which extended out (like if you overbuilt a wall in the SIMs and forgot to delete it), replacing the tile in the bathroom so we'd have one flooring style throughout the first floor, pointing out that our trim was different from wall to wall and replacing it with the same trim throughout, sealing our sliding glass doors to prevent more water damage, and opening up a wall for us to inspect for any mold or water damage (again, outside of the initial flooding issue). I'm definitely missing some things, but it was just a bunch of stuff like that made this group wonderful to work with. 4. They were so fast. I think it took about one month to have basically a brand new first floor. 5. They replaced some cabinet faces b/c my partner told them to drill the cabinet pulls too high, kind of like sticking a nose on your forehead. While functionally and even visually to others it looked fine, for me I couldn't see anything but a nose on a forehead. Mike didn't want me to grin and bear it so they replaced the cabinet faces for us and drilled the pulls in the middle (where I wanted them). Mike and Rainbow Restoration do a much better job than any restoration show I've seen, would love to rehire them to fix the rest of my house some day :)
