Everybody at FloodCide from Andy to all the workers, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions in detail, and were always readily available. They do quality work and they're empathetic. I highly recommend FloodCide. They took extra care with our furniture, and made sure that the cat didn’t get out while they were working - that may sound stupid, but we were really concerned because our cat escapes!!! ☺️😺

On Tuesday 12/14 the rain started here in LA and it started with a 20 minute downpour of biblical proportions. Our home was built in 1985 and gut remodeled in 2015 including brand new custom windows. However, we noticed a small patch of water damage under a corner of one window later that evening. We had a busy work week so we didn’t call Flood-cide until Saturday 12/18. We were concerned about rain on the horizon. I was talking with Andy within minutes and he had Vic and his team over here *15 minutes later* to use the moisture meters and assess the situation. The team was here the next day, Sunday, and in less than 3 hours they had moved some furniture, covered the floors to keep things clean, opened the wall, and were running fans and dehumidifiers to prevent the onset of mold. They kept in constant touch with us over the next few days and got things dried out quickly while we worked with our handyman to silicone seal the exterior window and stop the intrusion. Vic gave us suggestions and pointers along the way and he and the team were courteous, professional, and genuinely cool people! I highly recommend these folks. They are very knowledgeable and will help you out quickly since water damage can cause serious issues if not tended to quickly. Keep these folks in your contacts! Highly recommended!

Excellent work in fixing a bad situation for us. A pipe leak causing damage to our ceiling over the living room and dining area left us distressed... but they fixed everything quickly and professionally. I highly recommend it.

I must say that my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of professional and thorough flood restoration. From the very first interaction I had with Andy and his team, they portrayed a high level of professionalism and expertise. They were prompt, courteous, and empathetic, understanding the stress and urgency that accompanies such a situation. They immediately assessed the damage and formulated a detailed plan to restore my property to previous condition. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the level of communication that was displayed throughout the entire process. They consistently kept me informed about the progress, explaining each step in detail and addressing any concerns or questions I had along the way. I had a very bad leak in my house when I came home from work and I couldn't even walk in my home without my feet being covered in water, right away I was lucky to find Flood-Cide Restoration, I spoke with Andy and he explained to me he can have a team to my house right away and when they arrived they were very professional and explained to me why this happens and how they can fix it and overall they found a lot of mold in my house and started cleaning up all the dirty water and mold in my house , within a couple hours they were finished and it's amazing to even think my entire house was flooded!! And after it looked brand new as if nothing happened, I'm glad I called Andy and he was able to answer and help me right away , and what I also loved was he kept in contact with me for days to make sure everything was okay and if I was happy with the job. overall I give you guys 10 stars because you are a outstanding company with many years of experience, thank you Andy for your help.
