We recently had flood in our house due to pipe burst on the 2nd floor, the house wasn’t occupied at the time so we had extensive damage. I called Drymaster and they were the only ones to answer as it was after hours. The technicians got here very fast. I felt comfortable right away with Carlos, he stopped the water within seconds of his arrival he was able to turn off the water at the main. Carlos made it very easy to work with and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. He even was able to help get our insurance claim processed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with water damage and I was very please with everything and the over all service was fantastic! 5 stars from me!

called Dry Masters on a Sunday morning and left a message with the after hours service. I got a call back in about 10 minutes and the next morning at 9am Luis was at my door. He gave me a free estimate for what it turned out to be a broken pipe in the wall, that was creating a massive infestation in the laundry room. Luis was extremely professional and took his time to explain to me what needed to be done. He emailed a written estimate in a few hours after he left. He then followed up with a phone call. Unfortunately, I didn't' get to use their services because my landlord decided to go with a friend of a friend for these repairs (who actually quoted the exact amount Luis did). I will always call these guys again in the future. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

The other day I had some water damage in my attic. However, Drymaster came to my rescue then. They detected the problem of mold and handled the situation with utmost care. I didn't even have to worry about my insurance coverage as they handled it all. In the end they not only restored my property but cleaned it well after the work. I am very fortunate to have got my mold problem operated by them. Thank you for helping with my situation again!

We live in an older condo complex in Santa Monica. Each time our building has issues with possible mold and moisture, we call upon DryMaster. They are professional and responsive to questions and concerns. Carlos is very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing any problems and providing practical and economical remedies. Luis is extremely conscientious and works tirelessly to make sure the job gets done correctly (even if it means spending an entire day battling the City of Santa Monica to make sure we get the right permits)! The people at DryMaster hold themselves up to a high standard of service, which is very much appreciated.

Very good company and employees. Also on time and professional while dealing with your items. I had water emergency and they showed up quickly and ready to work. The technicians were friendly and were able to explain everything. Communication with the office was great and they were even able to work with my insurance company. With that said I would definitely recommend them for any water damage project.
