If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Coast Abatement has been terrible. My husband and I bought a newly renovated house and during routine inspections, discovered we needed asbestos abatement services. Our real estate agent connected us to Coast Abatement, who came out on December 26, 2023 to clean up asbestos in the crawlspace under our house. Before they came, we confirmed with them several times that the abatement process was limited to the crawlspace only. However, for some reason, Coast Abatement removed the new bathtub from our new bathroom. If you look at the attached photos, you'll see the bathroom when we purchased the house, and the way it looks after Coast Abatement removed our tub. Coast Abatement admitted they made a mistake and told us they would cover the cost of repair to our bathroom. But when we gave them the estimate for repairs, they didn't like the cost and have refused to fully reimburse us for the expense to fix our bathroom. It has been almost a month and we still cannot use our bathtub or shower. It has been really difficult and disappointing for us, especially because we have a six-month-old daughter, and we purchased a home that was ready to move in. I would not recommend Coast Abatement to anyone, because if they make a mistake and damage your property, they will fight you to avoid responsibility.

Today, Coast Abatement finished the mold removal from our property. This company is Amazing. The workers David and Kevin did an impressive job on our property. They had to do a remediation in my walk-in bedroom closet and removed mold from a large area under my home. They did an amazing job, I and my husband are very pleased. Everyone was amazing from Samantha who was my original contact to Julio who wrote up the contract, explained the total process about what would be done, to patiently answering my 20 questions that I posed to him during the week before the job. Even though I hate I had this Mold problem at my home, I'm very happy that I was referred to Coast Abatement because they did an Awesome job. Thank you Coast Abatement Services.
